Wulkan SA

Wulkan SA manufactures grey iron castings in grades EN-GJL-150, 200 and 250 for the automotive, machinery and construction industries. The company combines rich foundry tradition with modern casting and processing technologies. Wulkan offers its customers a complete service – from the design and construction of tooling, through raw casting, up to machining and coating application. The annual production capacity of the foundry is about 10 000 tons of castings weighing from 0.1 to 20 kg. The castings are produced in the cupola process and flaskless (high pressure) vertical molding DISA technology. Wulkan SA has a rich infrastructure with a technologically advanced machinery park and robotic machining cells.
