Zakład Materiałów Ceramicznych Zamac has been specializing for over 27 years in the production of insulating shapes for the foundry industry. Our product range includes riser sleeves, side and closed feeders, ingates, tap out cones, ladles, funnels, floats, runner channels, gating system insulations, covers, afterburners, and gaskets. We supply both insulating and exothermic components, customized to various foundry technologies. Thanks to our in-house toolshop, we can quickly design and manufacture new molds designs, offering clients custom-shaped components, non-standard solutions, and short production runs. Our offer is complemented by machine-cut specialized shapes, as well as insulating mastics and ceramic pastes, whose quality successfully competes with products from global industry leaders. As a Polish manufacturer, we ensure flexibility and rapid response to changing customer needs, providing solutions adapted to specific technological processes.
