The report presents the results of a survey that examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the functioning of foundry plants in Poland. The main purpose of the study was to find out the current situation in the foundry industry and the impact of the situation on the future of foundries and the actions they take. The data collected during the study allowed for a comparison of the condition of the Polish foundry industry against the background of European countries, examination of its current potential and indication of development perspectives.
