KAWMET Iron Foundry has been delivering high-quality castings for the industry for over 40 years. We combine experience with modern technology, offering production on three DISAMATIC molding lines (2070B and 2013B), as well as manual molding for castings up to 2 tons. Each casting undergoes rigorous quality control: chemical analysis, mechanical testing and metallographic examination. We use the ATAS liquid metal control system, which allows continuous monitoring of liquid metal parameters, ensuring its stability and the properties required to produce top-quality castings. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including four induction furnaces with a capacity of up to 6 tons each, nine Koyama automatic grinders and full facilities for heat treatment, machining, and painting—allowing us to comprehensively prepare every casting. Our annual production capacity exceeds 18,000 tons. We care about the environment – the plant is powered by energy from our own photovoltaic farm (4 MW). Our castings are used in the machinery, automotive, mining, and railway industries. We also produce castings for road infrastructure – including manhole covers – as well as components for fireplaces and stoves. In addition to industrial operations, we run an art foundry – casting church bells, monuments, commemorative plaques, statuettes, and other bronze and brass forms.
KAWMET means certified quality, comprehensive service, and trust built over generations.
